By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. BBA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Advertiser terms and conditions must be accepted and adhered to by Advertisers who use BBA services and the Site. BBA also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users of the Site.

This website is operated by BUSINESS BUYERS ADVOCACY AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd ABN 67 623 047 638 ("BBA") under the domain name ("the website").

These terms of use as varied from time to time ("Terms") govern your use of the website and all its associated services. By accessing, browsing and/or using the website you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms you must discontinue accessing, browsing and/or using the website.

Intellectual Property Rights

You may use the website for personal purposes only.

You acknowledge that the BBA website, special technology used in connection with the website, BBA services, all software, material, information, communications, text, graphics, links, electronic art, animations, audio, video, photos, and other data available within the website ("BBA content") are provided by BBA or third-party providers and are the copyright works of BBA and/or third parties that have licensed this work to BBA.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, rent, lease, sell, transfer, display, transmit, compile or collect in a database, or in any manner commercially exploit any part of the BBA content or our services in whole or in part unless expressly authorised by BBA or the relevant third party owner.

No guarantees as to the service

Prices and payments

All prices quoted on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars ("AUD") and are exclusive of GST.

All payments to be made to BBA must be in AUD and must be inclusive of GST. A payment to be made to BBA must always be made in accordance with BBA’s payment terms that apply to that payment.

Payments that are received in a currency other than AUD will not be accepted and any attempted registration by you in respect of the website or BBA content will be delayed until correct payment is made.

All prices quoted on the website are subject to change without notice. You should confirm the price of a membership, product or service before placing an order for it.

Refund Policy

BBA will search businesses that align with the member’s business profile as provided by the member. When a business/member match has been located, the member will be advised accordingly and provided information on the business. If a match has not been made throughout the three month membership period, the membership period will be extended for a further three months.

If after six months, there has not been a business/member match, the member will be provided a full refund of their membership fee or an offer of a further extended membership period of three months. This decision is at the member’s discretion.

Refunds of the full membership fee will be paid to the member and to the account details, by EFT, as provided on membership.

Links to third party websites

The website may contain links and pointers to External Websites.

Third party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience. Links to External Websites do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or approval by BBA of the content, policies or practices of those External Websites.

You agree that by accessing any External Websites you do so at entirely at your own risk. BBA will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with, use or reliance on any goods or services available on or through any External Websites.

You assume all risk and liability of your use of the World Wide Web, the Internet or any such third party networks, including any access to the website via such media.

Your responsibility for your password and login

To become a member user, you must provide a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name.

Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following instructions. You may also change your login by contacting customer service. You may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience.

You agree to immediately notify BBA of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.


If any part of these terms are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be severed and the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.


The use of the website is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and their respective courts of appeal and to the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.

Reservation of rights

Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by BBA.

For the purposes of this agreement the words "BBA", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Business Buyers Advocacy Australia Pty Ltd and "website" to materials delivered on and other co-branded versions of the site.
